WordWall displays grids of words for text entry into other Windows programs.

Wordwall can display pictures in the grids, and includes powerful word prediction.

WordWall is a program for creating text to type into other programs.

You can create grids of vocabulary, arranged however you want, and add new words or grids of words quickly and easily.

WordWall also supports word prediction, using either the whole dictionary or a list of topical words, called a Word Bank. You can program word banks quickly and easily to cover new topics.

Word prediction will learn new words as they are used (with an optional spell-check first) and also learn which words you use most often. Alternatively, words can be listed in alphabetical order.

There is also word prediction appearing in the left-hand column.

Emerging literacy

WordWall is compatibile with pre-stored vocabularies designed for symbol communication, making it easy for people who have used symbol-based communication aids to use the same symbol systems for writing.

The Grid

The resources for WordWall can be shared with The Grid. In addition to the features of WordWall, The Grid also offers switch access and full-screen communication.
