This program includes the traditional Podd activity, plus 5 new activities to support a range of early literacy and ICT skills and support those with special needs.

Excellent for language development, spelling and promoting work away from the computer, Podd excites children into wanting to explore the world of verbs. Children delight in hunting for new verbs to see if Podd can do them and trying out synonyms, extending their vocabulary.

Teachers can choose the educational level, each offering appropriate activities, speed and wordbanks. The wordbanks support both the National Literacy Strategy and the Early Learning Goals for Communication, Language and Literacy.

Podd understands over 170 verbs and can perform 100 different animations. Podd is brought to life with sounds and narration, particularly valuable for younger children, and children can now repeat, pause and print Podd`s actions.
