Using music, rhyme and song it is based on three popular playground rhymes - A Mother's Lament, Uncle Jim and Flying Freighter. These are provided as full colour story books along with the CD.

The characters go on to explore 30 more classic playground songs and rhymes in a karaoke style to encourage developing language and vocabulary. The software is designed to aid the development of speech and language, literacy skills, short term auditory and visual memory as well as spatial awareness, advanced sequencing and basic number skills.

Five other activities explore:

The activities can be accessed via the mouse, keyboard, switches or overlays.

The songs and rhymes can also be played as an audio CD. The charmingly illustrated stories are printable and all the songs, rhymes and sound effects are available for use in other applications. Includes printed versions of the three main rhymes for use away from the computer
