Texthelp Read & Write for Mac provides many tools to help access and compose written material. Based on the popular Read & Write toolbar for PC, Read & Write for Mac provides literacy support alongside other applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, internet browsers and email, allowing users to develop their literacy skills and enjoy greater independence.

Functions include a speech-enabled phonetic spell checker, read back function with highlighting, homophone checker, word prediction and talking dictionary. Read & Write for Mac also includes PDFAloud for Mac which adds speech with synchronised highlighting to your PDF files.
