ScreenReader is a user-friendly utility tool bar which can read selected text in a separate window.

Features:

Reads selected text in, documents, emails or Internet pages and includes keyboard and mouse tracking

Highlights text as it is spoken to you from within a Text Reader window. Automatic screen reading of menus and icons

Speech Options allows you to adjust the voice to suit your needs. Optional friendly animated characters make using your computer an easier and more fun experience

Synthesised speech is a very powerful support mechanism for people with reading difficulties
