It can help reduce stress, muscular fatigue, pain and numbness in your arm, wrist, shoulder and neck.

The Ergorest incorporates a mouse pad platform, which can be placed at the height and position which is most comfortable, removing the need to reach over your desk for your mouse.

To select the right clamp size check the thickness of the edge of your desk. For most desks choose the standard version, if your desk edge is 38mm or more, choose the wide clamp version. And just in case your desk is thicker than 63mm we suggest you buy a vice.
