Delivery and set-up:
When we supply you with a complete computer system, we first assemble the computer and install all of your hardware and software, checking that everything works together. We will then deliver the whole system to you, set it up where you will be using it and immediately give you an introduction to what your new software and hardware can do for you.
We can't do this unless you can be there when we arrive so we will need to make an appointment for a time convenient to you and our member of staff.
Our continuing support for you includes a warranty until the end of your course for the equipment we supply and a telephone help-line for your software and hardware questions. We can also provide additional training, not only on how to use the software and hardware packages we have supplied, but also on study and other skills, so all your resources can be more effectively used to support you - at school, at College, at University, at work and at home.
