DSA Physical Support

Removing physical barriers can be helped by having the right accessories as well as by making changes to the environment. Desks can be of different heights, depths and shapes. Seating can be adjusted to fit your posture more appropriately and can be changed to suit your posture at different times and on different tasks. Writing on a horizontal surface may not be the most effective, especially over extended periods and under pressure. Using the keyboard when it's at the wrong height can create painful tension in hands and arms.
