We will first try to resolve your difficulties over the telephone by asking you for details of what was done before the problem started, what made you think there was a problem. We will then ask you follow a step by step approach to try to get your computer and software working again.
You will need to have your phone near to your equipment when we call because we will ask you to tell us what appears on the computer screen as we are trying to resolve the problem with you.
